Are You Ready for #HITB2013KUL? WE ARE!
It’s the weekend before #HITB2013KUL and all systems are GO GO GO!!! Set up of our core 250Mbps FIBRE network (sponsored by the generous folks at TIMEDotCom for your download pleasure) is being deployed today and the first round of ‘set up madness’ begins tomorrow as we prepare for the first two-days of trainings on Monday and Tuesday.
Still haven’t registered? Better get moving! Online registration closes on Sunday, October 13th @ 23:59 MYT! Walk in registrations for the triple-track conference on Wednesday (16th) and Thursday is still possible.
Remember that access to the HITB CommSec Village exhibition area (where the Capture The Flag competition, TOOOL Lock Picking Village and other exhibits) is COMPLETELY FREE for EVERYONE! No ticket purchase needed and if you grab a MyTeksi to get to the InterContinental on the 16th and 17th, you’ll even get RM10 back on your cab fare! While you’re on-site, don’t forget to also check out the going-ons at HackWEEKDAY, where code ninjas will be hacking away for 24-hours building next-gen apps including a proposed socially driven SOS alert application for the Malaysian public.
Don’t forget to follow @HITBSecConf on Twitter for links to conference presentation materials and on-site activity updates. Presentation links are posted immediately after each talk. Below are some pre-event articles for your in-flight reading pleasure. Travel safe and see you guys next week!
