Yoga for Hackers

Open to Paid Conference Delegates and Speakers

A gentle core-based yoga class designed for individuals who work heavily behind a computer and/or are so busy with pursuing their goals/passions that they have developed tightness in their major muscle groups such as shoulders, hips and back. This condensed 30- minute session, suitable for beginners, will invigorate participants as they gently work their core and spine with various yoga asanas followed by a guided relaxation that will help you get some rest or generate your next awesome idea!
